It transports the baked loaves from the oven to the cooling conveyors without damaging them, keeping them straight (face up), flat, and in order. This allows easy and smooth cooling, counting, stacking, and packing.
Made out of stainless steel wire mesh grade AISI 316.
Driven by a separate 1/2 hp (0.37kW) Gearmotor equipped with an Inverter board to allow electronic speed adjustment.
